Operation panel display when errors occur
There are two types of errors, minor errors and major errors.
[Minor errors]
The power lamp lights in orange and the error code is indicated as “UXX.”
The error indication is cleared when the state becomes any of the following:
• Error is resolved.
• The power plug is disconnected from and then reinserted into the outlet.
[Major errors]
The power lamp flashes in orange and the error code is indicated
as “HXX.” A warning tone is output and the pump stops operating.
* Stop using the product and contact Paramount Bed (see
page 31) or your distributor.

The operation sound button flashes while a major error is indicated. The
warning tone can be stopped by pressing the operation sound button.
How to pack the air mattress

Power the mattress off (see “How to shutdown” on page 10).

Disconnect operation panel, bed link cable, and position sensor cable from the pump, and attach the cable connector caps.

Remove the pump from the mattress.

Put the pump, instruction manual, bed link cable, operation panel (accessory), and cable clips (accessory) into the pads and
cardboard box in which they were packaged at the time of purchase as shown in the figure below.

Fold the mattress as shown in the figure below and then put it in the cardboard box.

When all of the air in the air cells is discharged, a beeping sound is output and operation stops. (Discharge time: 12 minutes)

Store the product within the specified storage temperature and humidity ranges. Failure to do
so may cause mold generation or a failure.

Do not place heavy objects on the cardboard box. Doing so may cause damage and deformation.

Remove the pump from the mattress before storage. Failure to do so may cause damage and deformation.

Do not store the cardboard box in a location subject to high temperatures and humidity, low temperatures,
dryness, excessive dust, or direct sunlight.
* For the storage environment, see “Specifications” (see p. 24).

The padding (air cells, blowing tubes, etc.) may be discolored but there will be no problem with product performance.
* If you notice an odor (e.g., urethane smell), leave the air mattress in a shaded area exposed to a good
breeze for one day or perform maintenance (see page 18). This will help reduce the odor.

Keep the instruction manual in a safe place so that it does not become lost.
