Back support (BS) setting
When you perform the back raising operation, the position sensor automatically detects when the back angle has become
30° or more, and all of the small flow air cells (SF cells) are expanded to maintain the user’s posture. (Initial setting: Enabled)

Press the Setting button to switch to setting display.

Press the [Automatic softness control] button to switch between
automatic softness control and manual softness control.

When using automatic softness control:
The mattress
width can be set. Do not change it from 86 cm.
When using manual softness control:
Press the adjust-
ment buttons to adjust the softness. There are the 18 soft-
ness levels of 2 to “18^” (See below.)

Press the Setting button to complete the setting.

The softness is set automatically to match the back raising state, user lying position, and body shape in
addition to the weight during automatic softness control.

The table for Manual softness control shows the recommended softness level correspond-
ing to the recommended weight. The user selects and sets the softness level based on the
recommended weight.

When Automatic softness control is selected, the target softness level is displayed for 10
seconds. However, since the softness level is not determined by weight alone, it cannot be
converted to the weight using the table for Manual softness control.

Automatic softness control setting
Automatically change the internal pressure of the air cells to match the weight, body shape, and lying position of the user. The internal
pressure of the air cells can also be changed manually. (The initial setting is automatic softness control, and the initial softness is 5.)
