RECORDING PAPER

8.1.3.1.

Using the paper input tray

The paper input tray unit can hold:
— Up to 250 sheets of 75 g/m

2

(20 lb) paper.

• Letter, A4 or Legal-size paper can be used.
• Letter, A4 size paper can be used. (UF-4500 only)
• The unit is set for printing letter-size plain paper by default.

- To use other paper sizes, change the recording paper size setting (Fax Parameter #23).

Fax Parameter Table

Note for recording paper:

• We recommend that you test paper (especially special sizes and types of paper) on the unit before purchasing large quantities.

1.

Pull the Paper Cassette until it clicks into place, then pull it out, lifting
the front part of the cassette.

2.

Before loading a stack of paper, fan the paper to prevent paper jams.

3.

Load the paper into the Paper Cassette. Slide the paper width and
length guides until they lightly touch the stack of paper without bending
the paper.
