” is displayed, some items could not be stored in the phone book. Store
items by following the steps below.
1. Erase items which do not exist on the web from the phone book of the unit (p. 42).
2. Access the openLCR web site.
3. Go to the web screen to create the phone book data.
4. Check the “Re-Download All” box, then click
.
5. Start again from step 1 (“To download data from openLCR” on page 80).
• You cannot access the openLCR server if a telephone or fax machine on the
same phone line is in use.
• While the unit is downloading data from openLCR, the Call Waiting Service cannot
be used.
To use downloaded melodies as the ringer tone
The melody(ies) you download from openLCR are stored in the base unit and
handsets and will be heard when you receive an outside call. The names of each
melody (up to 14 characters) are also downloaded.
To select the desired melody, go to the Ringer tone menu in the Ringer setting
menu (p. 18, 19). Downloaded melody 1 and 2 can be selected by:
