Problem

I cannot make calls using the telephone.

The telephone is locked.
Unlock your telephone. (

Some features do not function.
•
System management may restrict certain features.
Consult your manager or dealer.
I cannot make calls to other extensions
using a proprietary telephone (PT).
•
An idle or assigned outside (CO) line is being
seized.
The line seized when going off-hook was
changed in personal settings. (

If this setting has been changed, press the
INTERCOM button after going off-hook, and then
follow the instructions.
My new telephone does not function
correctly.

The previous extension's settings have not been
cleared.
Clear the settings and then programme your
