To move to the next or previous number or code, press the SP-PHONE (NEXT) or
REDIAL (PREV) button respectively. To move to another number or code, press the AUTO
ANS/MUTE button one time and dial the desired number. To move to another setting,
press the AUTO ANS/MUTE button 2 times.

To confirm the cleared date and time, press the FWD/DND (Call Forwarding/Do Not
Disturb) or MESSAGE button. To return to the previous display, press the same button
again.

To move to another setting, press the AUTO ANS/MUTE button one time.

To select the desired parameter (each extension, each outside (CO) line, each account
code or all), press the SP-PHONE (NEXT) button until the desired parameter is displayed.

The charge limitation can consist of up to 10 digits.
•
The display can show a maximum of 12 digits, including the decimal point, for the total of
call charges (for each extension, outside (CO) line, account code). If the total exceeds 12
digits, it is displayed from the first number and decimal digits that cannot be displayed are
rounded up.
