No power
Is the AC adaptor securely connected to the AC outlet?
If the power plug of the AC adaptor connected properly?
Is the network cable for the PoE+ (IEEE802.3at) compatible
power supply device and the unit connected properly?
Power may not be supplied if the total power limit is exceeded
on power supply devices that allow connections to multiple
PoE+ terminals.
If the unit is connected to the controller, has it been connected
properly?

Cannot operate
(common to wireless
remote control, controller)
Is the power on?
→ If the unit’s status display lamp is off or lights up orange, it means
that the unit’s power is not on or the unit is starting up.
Has the unit you want to operate been selected properly?
Cannot operate using the
wireless remote control
Have the remote control’s batteries run down or have the
batteries been installed with their polarities reversed?
→ If the status display lamp does not blink even when the wireless
remote control is operated near the wireless remote control signal
light-sensing area, it means that the batteries have run down.
Replace the batteries.
Is the correct Remote Control ID selected in the menu settings?
Is there a fluorescent light or plasma monitor near the unit and,
if so, is the wireless remote control signal light-sensing area
exposed to its light?
Is the wireless control on the web screen menu not set to “Off”?
→ If the power status indicator flashes orange rapidly (5Hz) when
operated with the wireless remote control, the wireless control in the
Web screen menu is set to “Off”.
Cannot operate using the
controller
Is the unit connected to the controller properly?
→ For details, refer to the operating instructions for the controller.
It may be necessary to upgrade the version of the controller so
that the controller will support the unit.
