Daylight Savings
By default, Daylight Savings is enabled but if the facility does not use daylight savings then it
will have to be disabled. Below shows how to change the Daylight Savings setting.
1.
Login as
Tech Support

2.
Click on the
Configuration
Menu.
3.
Click on the
Config Params
Tab.
4.
Locate “
site.timeZone.usesDST
” in the
Param Name
field for the table.
5.
Double click in the
Param Value
field for “
site.timeZone.usesDST
”.
6.
Type in “
0
” to
disable
Daylight Savings or type in “
1
” to
enable
Daylight Savings.
7.
Click the “
Save
” button to save c
hanges.
Customize Time Zone and or Daylight Savings
Special areas have different Time Zone and Daylight Savings settings from standard areas in the
United States. Or this can also be used if the United States chooses to change when Daylight
Savings starts and or ends.

Locate “
site.timeZone.tzsetchar
” in the
Param Name
field for the table.
5.
Double click in the
Param Value
field for “
site.timeZone.tzsetchar
”.
6.
Type in the new Time Zone and Daylight Savings Time information.
7.
Click the “
Save
” button to save changes.
Buildings
Overview
Buildings are used to store locations and or resident. A building could be made up of multiple
rooms and or apartments, or a town house. Each building will need an individual address,
offsite monitoring account number and emergency service dispatch phone numbers, if offsite
monitoring is utilized.
Building Fields
Building Name
This is the name of the
building
.
Address Line 1
This is the address of the building.
Address Line 2
This is the extended address of the building.
City
This is the city the building located.
State
This is the state the building located.
Zip
This is the zip code of the building.
Offsite Monitoring
Account Number
This is the account number used for office monitoring by the building.
This account number is supplied by PalatiumCare, LLC.
Fire Dispatch
Phone Number
This is the emergency dispatch phone number for the fire department,
NOT 911.
