Misc. has a few tools for trouble shooting and testing system features.
Testing Maintenance Report Emailing
1.
Login
as Tech Support.
2.
Click on the
Tech Support
Menu.
3.
Click on the
Misc.
Tab.
4.
Click on the
Trigger Site Maint Rep Email
Button to email the report.
Notes
: Email addresses have to already be entered into
Config Params
setting
“
site.report.maintenance.email
”
in order for the report to be emailed out.

System Info
System Info shows the Server Firmware version, the User Interface (UI) version, the IP Address
and MAC Address of the server, who the Dealer is, and the amount of RAM used by the system.
