Enter the location on your computer where you want to download the
Phonebook and click
SAVE
. The
directorylist.csv
file downloads to
your computer.

Use a spreadsheet application to open and view the Phonebook.
Accessing the Phonebook
Use the following procedures to access the Phonebook.
1.
Press the
Services
key on the phone to display the
Services
menu, and
select
Phonebook
. or press the
Directory
softkey (default key is key 2 on the
Top Keys).
2.
Use the
keys
to scroll through the line items in the Phonebook.
3.
To dial a displayed entry from the Phonebook, pick up the handset, press the
handsfree key, or press the
Dial
softkey.
4.
To exit the Phonebook, press the
Quit
softkey.
Callers List
The Callers List is a stored log of your incoming calls. The 6757i CT telephone
stores information up to 200 incoming calls in the Callers List. Your telephone
logs the number and name (if available) of the caller, when they last called, and
the number of times they tried to reach you.
When the Callers List is full, the oldest call records are deleted to accommodate
the information for new callers.
If the telephone number of an incoming or outgoing call matches a number that
you have programmed with a name in a softkey or the Directory, the Callers List
displays the name and number.
The display shows you how many callers have been added to the list since you
last checked it.
