Procedure

Follow this procedure if the 5345/5445 DISABLE LED lights
during operation:

Internal failure. Contact
Pacific Scientific.

Remove 120/230 Vac and
then the motor connector
(J1).

Warning

Do not disconnect the
motor connector with power
still connected. The motor
terminals contain
hazardous voltage when
power is connected.

Reapply power, DISABLE
LED goes off?

Cable or internal failure.
Contact Pacific Scientific.

5345/5445 Disable fault
fixed.

Yes

Check cables for shorts.
Check connections per
sections 2.5.1 and 2.5.2.
Reconnect cables.
Reapply power. DISABLE
LED goes off?
