G) Brightness – Increases/decreases amount of light let into the camera. Changes made will appear
delayed on screen.
H) Alignment Complete – Once the component and board have been properly aligned, click this button to
continue on with the rest of the profile.
I) Attach Reference Image – Only appears in Developer Mode. Allows the developer to link saved images
to a profile for reference during production runs.
J) Snap and Save Camera Image – Allows the user to save images on the hard drive.
K) Quad Zoom – Use this to increase/decrease digital magnification of the Quad-Field Imaging.
L) Focal Distance – Depending on the sizes and distances of components and the board from the camera,
changing the focal distance of the camera may help when aligning the BGA.
M) Dzoom Slider – Used to zoom the Main Camera Image up to 9x. The slider bars below and beside the
Main Camera Image can be used to reposition the view.
N) Sharpness Slider – Adjusting this changes image clarity. Too little will cause blurriness but too much will
make the image appear grainy.
O) Focus Slider – Allows for manual adjustment of the camera focus, when auto focus is checked the slider
is grayed out.
P) Zoom Slider – This slider controls the optical zoom of the Main Camera Image. The slider bars below
and beside the Main Camera Image can be used to reposition the view.
