Software Overview
The Profiler Screen (Production Mode)
A) Progress Bar – A Visual reference indicating progress status of the process.
B) Abort Button – Used to abort current process.
C) Start Process – Used to begin the removal or installation process from the home position.
D) Start Heating – Click this button to initiate heating by the primary heater as directed by the selected
profile.
E) Profile Name – Displays the name for the active profile.
F) Profile type – Indicates if the loaded profile is an install or removal.
G) Load Profile – Click here to select an existing profile.
H) Preheater Indicators – Reference showing if the main and/or auxiliary pre-heater is at an acceptable
temperature for starting the currently loaded profile.
I) Cycle Heating – This button will move the heater head down into position over the board assembly and
run the thermal profile, skipping all set-up and alignment steps. For use when manually placing
components.
J) Preheater Temperature – Shows the current temperature of the main pre-heater.
K) Cooling Fan – Turns the external cooling fan on or off. (Fan runs automatically during the cool down
portion of the thermal profile.)
L) Developer Login – Used to enter “Developer Mode” for profile creation and editing.
