Problems

TO CANCEL PRINT

1. Set printer off line.

2. Cancel the print job from the computer so no more data will be sent to

the printer.

The following illustration shows Steps 3-5. For a pictorial
representation of the complete user menu structure, turn to Menu
Map, Page 27.

3. Press MENU.

User Menu/Help is displayed.

4. Press DOWN ARROW two times. User Menu/Clear Buffer is

displayed.

5. Press ENTER.

Printer input buffers are now cleared and the printer beeps.
