Low battery voltage
•
The battery charge is low.
•
Recharge AccuScreen or replace the
battery with a spare.
The last device con-
figuration was
incomplete!
•
The last configuration of AccuScreen may have
been interrupted e.g. if the device was
removed from the docking station during syn-
chronisation.
•
Place AccuScreen in the docking sta-
tion and synchronise via the
Instru-
ment Management
tool in the
AccuLink software.
The real time clock
data is invalid.
Please set time and
date.
•
The real time clock power backup has been
completely drained.
•
Set the time and date: Select
Settings
> Date and Time
, or synchronise the
unit with AccuLink.
Hardware failure
•
Contact your supplier.
Real time clock
error
•
Self test error.
•
Contact your supplier.
Memory error
•
Self test error.
•
Contact your supplier.
FLASH runtime
error
•
Self test error: Invalid patient or test data has
been found in flash memory.
•
Try to upload data to AccuLink, delete
all patient data and restart. If the mes-
sage re-appears, contact your supplier.
Codec malfunction
•
Self test error.
•
Restart the device. If the message re-
appears, contact your supplier.

Solution
This user account is blocked
because of too many unsuc-
cessful log-in attempts.
•
A wrong password has been entered 3
times. The device is locked for the
user for 24 hours.
•
An AccuLink user with the
Reset
Users
permission can unlock the
device via the AccuLink software.
The maximum number of
patients is reached. Cannot
generate new patient.
•
There is no memory space available
for adding more patients or tests.
•
Delete patients and tests.
Wrong probe for test
•
The TEOAE probe is connected for
DPOAE testing or the Ear Coupler
cable is connected for OAE testing.
•
Connect the appropriate probe.
