18.3.5. COM Port
User can set com port and devices in com port page. Tab number indicates each port number.
18.3.5.1. Selecting device linking serial port
User can connect devices such as PTZ, TP, Keyboard and Text to serial port.
- PTZ : Select it when user wants to use PTZ. User can set details about PTZ in lower part
of page. If user wants to go to the PTZ set up page directly, just click “Go” button.
- TP : Select it when user wants serial port to support “Transeparent Protocol”.
“Transeparent Protocol” can be used if user wants to bypass serial data on network.
- Keyboard : Select when connects Keyboard. Then detailed setup about Keyboard device
apprears at the bottom and then selects appropriate Keyboard device.
- Text : Select when connects text device. Then if it likes to go Text setup page, click “Go”
button.
