Cause Action
Maintenance timing Sensor maintenance is required. Follow "Maintenance" in the
sensor's instruction manual.
Calibration timing Calibration of the sensor is required. Refer to “6 Calibration” P.60
and "Calibration" in the sensor's instruction manual for calibration.
Consumables
replacement timing Sensor consumables need to be replaced. Follow "Maintenance" in
the sensor's instruction manual.
Overhaul timing Sensor overhaul timing. Follow "Maintenance" in the sensor's
instruction manual.
M5xx error codes are a combination of error codes (1) and (2). 0 (Zero) if no error code is
found.
