Tool to be used
Use an Allen key (size 5).
Possible spring equipment versions
95 - 160Nm; 95 - 176Nm: The spring equipment mounted is indicated on the rating plate
on the top side of the LCH spring arm

1. Slightly lift the LCH spring arm

in order to relieve the adjustment screw in the
spring arm.
2. Insert the Allen key into the adjustment hole

If the LCH spring arm
6
moves down, the spring tension is too low.
•
Turn the Allen key to the left (anti-clockwise) as illustrated in the Figure.
If the LCH spring arm
6
moves up, the spring tension is too high.
•
Turn the Allen key to the right (clockwise) as illustrated in the Figure.
3. Perform a function test.
