Read Special Flags
Reads the status of the following setting items. This command is possible with
E3X-DA6TW and E3X-DA8TW Sensors only. An error will occur if this com-
mand is executed for any other Sensor.
Note Bits 00, 01, and 07 are read as 0 or 1 according to the internal status of the
Sensor.
