Zero Return Function
This function performs three types of zero return operations according to the zero return mode
P068. When zero return is complete, the current position is cleared to zero.
You can select the zero return direction in zero return direction selection P069.
If zero return is not performed, the Inverter performs position control with the position at power-on
defined as the origin.
(1) The Inverter accelerates to the low-speed zero
return frequency according to the acceleration
time setting.
(2) The Inverter runs at the low-speed zero return
frequency.
(3) The Inverter performs positioning when the ORL
signal is input.
(1) The Inverter accelerates to the high-speed zero
return frequency according to the acceleration
time setting.
(2) The Inverter runs at the high-speed zero return
frequency.
(3) The Inverter starts deceleration when the ORL
signal is turned ON.
(4) The Inverter runs in reverse at the low-speed
zero return frequency.
(5) The Inverter performs positioning when the ORL
signal is turned OFF.
(1) The Inverter accelerates to the high-speed zero
return frequency according to the acceleration
time setting.
(2) The Inverter runs at the high-speed zero return
frequency.
(3) The Inverter starts deceleration when the ORL
signal is turned ON.
(4) The Inverter runs in reverse at the low-speed
zero return frequency.
(5) The Inverter starts deceleration when the ORL
signal is turned OFF.
(6) The Inverter runs forward at the low-speed zero
return frequency.
(7) The Inverter performs positioning at the first Z-
pulse position after the ORL signal is turned ON.
