ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
SOSTITUZIONE LAMA
BLADE REPLACEMENT
La sostituzione dell’utensile deve essere effettuata
nell’osservanza di tutte le norme di sicurezza contemplate nel
presente manuale d’uso & manutenzione.
La presenza dei pittogrammi in queste pagine
, in
particolare, così come nelle altre,
serve a ricordare
all’operatore
o al personale specializzato che intervenga per
la manutenzione che
la sicurezza deve TASSATIVAMENTE
essere rispettata
per evitare danni alle cose e alle persone.
ATTENZIONE: in caso di caduta di tensione durante la
rotazione della lama, il freno non è in grado di garantire
il tempo di arresto nominale; accertarsi dell’avvenuto
arresto della lama prima di avvicinarsi.
ATTENZIONE: ogni intervento di manutenzione deve
essere effettuato solo dopo avere sezionato le fonti di
alimentazione elettrica e pneumatica.
Dopo avere indossato un paio di guanti idonei, procedere come
segue:
•
svitare completamente il pomello (
2
). Mano a mano che
il pomello si svita, il carter (
1
) comincia a scendere, si
raccomanda di trattenerlo fino a quando il pomello sia
svitato completamente e di adagiare il carter (
1
) nella
posizione in cui verrà a trovarsi. Si rammenta che il
carter rimane vincolato alla macchina e che
la sua
rimozione o la non richiusura sono considerate atto
di manomissione a tutti gli effetti
. Il tempo richiesto
per svitare completamente questo pomello è senz’altro
superiore a quello che impiega la lama per arrestarsi
(l’arresto motore/lama in questo caso è provocato
dall’apertura del contatto sul microinterruttore di
sicurezza (
3
) e (
3a
)).
In ogni caso, la manovra corretta
è quella di isolare prima la macchina da qualsiasi
fonte di energia esterna e di scaricare l’aria residua
.
•
trarre dalla busta chiavi in dotazione le due idonee per
bloccare l’albero mandrino (
6
) e per svitare il dado (
5
)
che blocca la flangia esterna (
4
); togliere il dado (
5
) e la
flangia esterna (
4
);
•
si raccomanda di
NON FAR CADERE
la flangia
appena liberata dal dado (
5
); si raccomanda di riporla
con esso in luogo sicuro; si raccomanda di pulirla
accuratamente, accertando che non vi rimangano
incrostazioni di polvere o resina e/o veli di grasso;
•
afferrare con entrambe le mani la lama (
7
) e sfilarla
delicatamente dalla sua sede verso l’esterno e
leggermente verso l’alto. Il carter (
1
) che copre il vano
lama non interferisce in alcun modo;

WARNING: if the power is disconnected during blade
rotation the brake is unable to ensure nominal stop time;
make sure the blades have come to a complete stop, before
approaching them.
WARNING:
disconnect all power and compressed air supplies before
working on the machine.
After donning a pair of safety gloves, follow this procedure:
•
loosen the knob (
2
). As the knob is loosened, the guard
(
1
) begins to lower. Hold the guard until the knob has
been fully loosened and then rest it (
1
) in the position in
which it will be. The guard will stay attached to the
machine
: removing it or leaving it open are
considered as tampering under all effects
. The time
needed to fully loosen this knob is longer than the time
the blade needs to stop (stoppage of the motor/blade, in
this case, is a result of the opening of the contact of the
micro safety switch (
3
) and (
3a
)).
In any case, the
correct manoeuvre is first isolating the machine from
any source of energy and then discharging residual
air
.
•
out of the tool bag supplied take the two wrenches to
lock the mandrel shaft (
6
) and to loosen the nut (
5
) that
holds the external flange (
4
) in place; remove the nut
(
5
) and the external flange (
4
);
•
make sure that the flange that has just been released by
the nut (
5
)
DOES NOT FALL
; place it in a safe place.
Clean thoroughly to make sure that no encrusted powder
or resin or coatings of grease remain;
•
grasp the blade (
7
) with both hands and delicately
remove it from its seat towards the outside and slightly
upwards. The guard (
1
) covering the blade compartment
does not interfere in any way;
