Updating software
The version information function is used for updating software
or firmware. This function is not used normally. The system
may be updated to improve the performances or vulnerability.
Check the latest update information on the Olympus Website.

Select the [Acquisition] tab A .
Press the [System Settings] button B to open the [Options] dialog box.
Confirming the version information

Select [Environment] > [About], and press the [More System Information]
button C .
Check the following versions against the applicable versions on the
Olympus website to see if they need to be updated.
· [Product Version] in [Application] in [Category]
· [Firmware Version] in [Camera] in [Category]
When you confirmed the version information, press the [Close] button
to close the [System Information] dialog box.
Press the [OK] button to close the [Options] dialog box.
