3.2. Prerequisites for commissioning
The commissioning of the heat pump is allowed to do only by professionals. The
person for commissioning the system needs to:
● have qualification and competence to handle devices containing over 3 kg of
refrigerant.
● have qualification and competence for installing high pressure devices.
● have an expert knowledge of heating systems.
● be familiar with the heat pump control system and know how to change and save
the settings.
It is recommended that Oilon expert does the commissioning.
Tasks to be completed before commissioning:
● Ground circuit connected.
● Condenser circuit and desuperheater circuit connected.
● Buffer tank(s) and heating system filled and vented.
● All necessary feed cables and sensors connected.
● The heat pump’s main electrical switch (
Q1
) and all circuit breakers and motor
protection switches (
F1
–
F10
) are set to 0.
