5.4. Compressor protection device
Both compressors, are equipped with operating control system (OCS) devices. The
OCS device controls the temperature and pressure of the compressor and with liquid
injection valve (LIV) keeps those in optimal level for the heat pump’s compressor. The
OCS device provides also a protection system for the compressor. The OCS device is
connected to:
● discharge gas temperature sensor
● low pressure and high pressure transmitters
● phase monitoring.
Only Oilon expert is allowed to check and carry out maintenance
tasks for OCS device.
