Adjusting Colors
Color Balance
This function allows you to adjust color tones by varying the relative strength of
yellow, magenta, cyan, and black.
It is also possible to register the adjusted color tones.

Select the [Sp. Feature] key.

Press the [Color Balance] key.

Press the [-] or [+] key to adjust
the relative strength of yellow,
magenta, cyan, and black,
respectively.

Press the [OK] key.
The display returns to the Sp. Feature screen, and the
[Color Balance] key is highlighted.
The copier is now ready to make copies.

Press the [Recall/Register] key
so that you can recall and set the
Color Balance settings that are
already registered. For details,
see “To recall the registered
Color Balance settings,” on
p. 6-20.

After completion of the Color
Balance setting, you can
continue to adjust the color
saturation (see p. 6-4), hue (see
p. 6-6), and make density fine
adjustment (see p. 6-10) on the
same screen.
