6 DEPTH MEASUREMENT FROM A REFERENCE POINT

Depth from a reference point can be measured in two different ways (Table 6).

Use case
Description
Digging from zero level
(chapter 6.1)
Measurement value will be zeroed at the starting point. The display
indicates the depth of the bucket compared to the zero level.
Digging with a known
starting level (chapter 6.2)
The height difference between the starting level and target level is set
as the starting level. When the measurement value is zeroed, the
starting level value appears on the screen. When moving the bucket
towards the target level, the reading on the screen decreases, and
finally shows zero when the target level has been reached.
