5.6.1.6 Device Text Setting
The Device Text Setting option allows the device
description to be changed. To select the Device Text
option from the displayed menu:

Using the numeric keypad, press the

button to
select the current associated device text. The following
is displayed:

The upper line of the display shows the 20-characters
of text currently assigned to the device. The character
that can be changed flashes.

Section 5.8, Zone Texts
.

button to move the cursor to the right -
the selected rule number is inverted and is changed
in the square brackets on line 2.

At the selected CBE Rule number, press the

buttons to toggle its status between

(es) and

(o) -
the change of status is confirmed in the square
brackets on line 2 as follows:
Continue with other CBE Rules in the same way.

to confirm or

to cancel the new CBE
Rule selection.
Other module types are selected and CBE Rules
associated in the same way as illustrated above.

Section 5.6.1 Signalling Line Circuit (SLC) -

Refer to the configuration menu option for information
on how to define the pattern (CBE Rule). The pattern
defines whether the output will respond to zonal
alarms. It also determines whether the output is
silenceable and whether any delay is interruptable.
