In Account Information type the user name and password for the account that
will run the telephony service on the server.

If you want to add a telephony administrator who is not an administrator on
the server, click Add to display the Select Users window.

In the Look in field, select the domain where the user is located. Select the
user name from the list of names that is displayed, and click Add. Click OK
and this information will appear in the Telephony Server Properties window.

In the telephony services properties window, click OK to save changes.

The account to manage the telephony server must be a member of
the administrators group on the server. The account must be also in the
same domain as the TAPI server or be in a domain that has a two-way
trust relationship with that domain.
