To run a thermocouple test on the oven, perform the following steps :
NOTE: To exit a test before completion, touch the STOP TEST pad.
Touch the TO MENU pad to return the
CONFORMAL COATING CURING
menu.
1. Enter the CONFORMAL COATING CURING menu.
2. Touch the THERMO TEST pad. Touch the ENTER pad.
3. Touch the START TEST pad to begin testing. Test runs for 45
minutes.
4. Observe any messages on the display. Make corrections if
necessary.
5. Touch the TO MENU pad to return to the CONFORMAL COATING
CURING menu.
Automatic start up occurs on schedule as long as power remains applied
to the oven. Start up times are displayed on the
AUTOMATIC START-UP
PROGRAM and the POWER UP VERIFICATION menus.
To program the oven for automatic start-up, perform these steps:
1. Enter the CONFORMAL COATING CURING menu.
2. Touch the PROG. AUTO START pad. Touch the ENTER pad.
3. Enter code 2288 to gain access to the
AUTOMATIC START-UP
PROGRAM menu.
4. Touch the desired day pad. Touch the digit pads to enter a time of
day for the automatic start-up. The oven uses a 24 hour clock format.
5. For auto start-up of a profile, touch the SELECT PRT # FROM
LIBRARY pad to enter the LIBRARY SCREEN menu.
6. Touch a profile part number from the library . Touch the EXIT pad to
return to the AUTOMATIC START-UP PROGRAM menu.
7. For auto start-up of a thermocouple test (the default option), touch the
THERMO-TEST pad.
8. Repeat steps 4 through 7 to program additional days of the week.
9. Touch the ENTER pad to complete programming the auto start.
10. Touch the TO MENU pad to return to the CONFORMAL COATING
CURING menu.
