12. Touch the PRD WIDTH pad. Touch ENTER to calibrate the conveyor.

Follow the message prompts on the

SET-UP SCREEN menu.

13. Touch METHOD TEMP pad. The method will toggle from temp to

watts or watts to temp. Set to watts.

14. To set the wattage values for each IR zone, perform the following

steps:

NOTE: Set the wattage valves in zone 1 to 960 Watts. All other zones
must be set at 640 Watts:

a. To select the top IR lamps of a zone, touch the SETPT pad in the

WATTS column of the desired zone row once. The selected top
zone setpoint value highlights.

b. Touch ENTER to turn the lamp off. Touch the digit pads to enter

the desire wattage value. Wattage entry occurs in the highlighted
area.

c. To select the bottom IR lamps of a zone, touch the top zone

SETPT pad in the WATTS column of the desired zone row twice.
The selected bottom zone setpoint value highlights.

d. Touch ENTER to turn the lamp off. Touch the digit pads to enter

the desire wattage value. Wattage entry occurs in the highlighted
area.

e. Repeat steps (a) through (d) to set the remaining zone wattage

values.

15. After a few seconds, the wattage and temperature values in the

actual columns for each zone change. Wait until all the values in the
actual column turn green.

16. Make sure that the manometer is being held square in a side to side

and front to back orientation. Read the velocity pressure (PV) in
millimeters (inches) of water from the manometer.
