Use the EDIT SCREEN menu to add an alphanumeric name to a saved
profile. The library menu displays name and part number.
To add a name to a saved profile, perform the following steps:
1. Touch the LIBRARY SCREEN pad from the SET-UP SCREEN menu.
2. Touch a profile part number. Touch the ENTER pad to display the
EDIT SCREEN menu.
3. Touch the alphabet and digit pads to enter a name (up to 12
characters) for the profile.
4. Touch the EXIT pad to return the LIBRARY SCREEN menu.
5. Touch the EXIT pad to return to the SET-UP SCREEN menu.
6. Touch the EXIT pad to return to the
CONFORMAL COATING
CURING menu.
Perform a thermocouple test after installation. The test should be done
after every seven days of PCB production. This test takes approximately
45 min to complete. Actual zone temperatures are /– 9
O C of
their setpoint temperatures for a passing test. These are causes of a
thermocouple test failure:
S
faulty or blocked exhaust blower
S
incorrect damper settings
S
access panel removed form the oven
S
some (or all) IR lamps not functioning
S
clogged supply air filter
When an exhaust message occurs, users can
S
save the actual temperatures as the new setpoints.
S
adjust the exhaust to the proper levels for temperatures lower than
setpoints, decrease the oven exhaust.
S
Increase the oven exhaust for temperatures higher than set points.
