IP560 Security Platform Installation Guide

Space Requirements

The Nokia IP560 security platform is designed for front-screw mounting in a
19-inch rack. Each IP560 requires the following space in a rack:

3.5 inches (8.89 centimeters) of vertical space

28 inches (71 centimeters) behind the front-panel of the rack

6 inches (15 centimeters) behind the IP560 to allow the back exit fan to
move air through the appliances

Caution

Do not block the ventilation holes on the IP560. The appliance might
overheat and become damaged.
