Nokia 500i Installation Guide

Space Requirements

The Nokia 500i gateway is designed for front-screw mounting in a 19-inch
rack. Each 500i gateway requires the following space in a rack:

3.5 inches (8.89 centimeters) of vertical space

18 inches (46 centimeters) behind the front-panel of the rack

6 inches (15 centimeters) behind the 500i gateway to allow the back exit
fan to move air through the appliances

Caution

Do not block the ventilation holes on the 500i gateway. The
appliance might overheat and become damaged.
