ATTENTION!
Turn off the tractor and remove
the ignition key before starting
the following procedure.
To keep the rotor balance, always
replace all knives. The unbalance will
cause vibrations and machine damage.
IMPORTANT!
6.4- How to change the rotor knives
1.
Fully lower the outlet chute;
2.
Loosen the jam nut (A);
3.
Turn the tensioner (B) to loosen it;
4.
Remove the pins (C);
5.
Carefully lower the tensioner (B);
6.
Ask for help to hold the chute and remove
the 2 bolts (D);
7.
Remove the lifting tube (E) with the outlet
chute;
8.
Remove the two covers (F) from the
sharpeners;
9.
Remove the 12 bolts (G) that secure the
two covers to the machine;

The entire set of knives must be replaced
when there is worn or damaged, making it
impossible to sharpen and adjust with the
counter knife.
