6. Maintenance
Using a grease gun or pump lubricate with special grease for bearings, based
on lithium soap, NLGI classification 2 (Example: LUBRAX LITH-2).
Lubricate the following points every 8 working hours or daily.
6.16.1- Grease lubrication
Before lubricating, thoroughly clean
the grease fittings to avoid grease
contamination.
Replace damaged grease fittings.
Lubrication is most efficient when
done at the end of the working period
because the grease flows better while
the machine is still hot.
Store lubricants always protected
against dust, moisture and other
contaminants.
Lubricate the gears indicated on the side with
special bearings grease, based on lithium
soap, NLGI classification 2 (Example: LUBRAX
LITH-2).
Lubricate every 50 hours of work or weekly.
