SR Troubleshooting 

 

Take the thermal head out of the printer.

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Connect the connecters to the new thermal head.    Be sure not to scratch the new 
thermal head.

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Align the positioning pins on both sides of the thermal head with the guide holes on 
the printer.
