commands are separated into the common commands defined by IEEE488.2 and
subsystem commands that reflect device-specific functions.
The
FRA5022
subsystem commands are show in table 5-1. Common commands supported
by
FRA5022
are shown in table 5-2. The meaning of codes used in table 5-1 and table 5-2
are explained below. It is possible to omit the keywords lower case parts.

Commands that make inquiries are called queries and are ended with a
question mark. In the command list table, queries are omitted for the
functions that can make both settings and inquiries.

Keywords shown in square brackets ([ ]) are those that support omission
(implicit keyword)
