Oscillator frequency OSC frequency
Value range: 0.10mHz - 100.00kHz Resolution: 5 digits, or 0.01mHz whichever
is the largest.
Description: The oscillator frequency for spot measurements.
Upon establishing the frequency of spot measurement, the actual
output frequency changes immediately.
Even when the frequency is changed, the signal phase remains
consistent and the waveform is changed smoothly.
Initial values: 1kHz

is open this is the value that is used.

Description: The output DC bias of the oscillator. When the output terminal is
open this is the value that is used.
Changes in this value will not be reflected until the Output ON
