Most notably the Setup/Controller menu selection allows the user to set motor velocity,
acceleration, and motor type for each axis. The parameters shown on the pop-up window
represent the settings read from the controller’s memory. Clicking ‘Apply’ button will
immediately send the updated parameters to the controller and save them in its non-
volatile memory. The ‘OK’ buttons does the same action as ‘Apply’ plus it then closes the
Setup window.

NOTE: The Closed-Loop button will toggle between “Enable Closed-Loop” and
“Disable Closed-Loop” functions depending on the present motor control state.
NOTE: Closed-loop correction is automatically disabled after a controller reset,
power-up condition, or motor Following Error (see FE command). The user can
enable closed-loop mode by issuing an MM command or by clicking the Enable
Closed-Loop button in the Windows software application.
