12. Turn on the powers of the NEC Express Servers.
13. If the LED does not light, install the power unit again. If the LED status remains
unchanged, contact your maintenance service company.
Device Expansion Unit ∼ Pulling Out from Rack ∼
CAUTION
Observe the following instructions to use the Device Expansion Unit safely.
Failure to follow these instructions may cause personal burn or injury and/or
physical damages. See the description on pages vi through xvii for details.

Do not leave more than one device being pulled out from the rack.

Make sure to complete cable and option installations.

Do not install the Device Expansion Unit leaving the cover removed.

Do not pinch your finger with mechanical components.

Take note on a high temperature.

Do not pull out a device from the rack if the rack is unstable.
1. See the section "Preparing for Installation and Removal" to prepare. (See page 26)
2. Loosen the two knob screws.
3. Grasp the handle and pull out the Device Expansion Unit slowly and carefully.
The Device Expansion Unit clicks to be latched.
