Expansion Unit. Otherwise, its internal temperature will rise to cause
malfunctions or a fire.
Do not apply any weight on the Device Expansion Unit when it is extended from
the rack
Do not apply any weight on the Device Expansion Unit when it is extended from
the rack. Doing so may cause the frames to be bent, which makes it impossible
to be mounted on the rack. It also may cause the Device Expansion Unit to fall,
resulting in personal injury.
Do not use the equipment in the place where corrosive gases exist.
Do not install the Device Expansion Unit in a place subject to corrosive gases
including sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen dioxide, chlorine, ammonia,
and ozone. Do not install the Device Expansion Unit in an environment that
contains dusts or chemicals that accelerate corrosion such as sodium chloride,
sulfur, and conductive materials. Failure to follow this warning may cause the
wires on the printed wiring board to short circuits, leading to fire. If you have
any questions, contact the store where you purchased the product or a
maintenance service company.
