Sounds
To set the option to allow sounds in received messages from within the Msg settings screen,

Press 3 and 2 .
Highlight and select Always or Ask first.
Press
CLR
to return to the Look and Feel menu.
Emoticons
To set the option to display emoticons in received messages from within the Msg settings screen,

Press 3 and 3 .
Highlight and select Yes to display emoticons in received messages. Highlight and select No if you do not want to display emoticons and display the text characters
instead in received messages.
Press CLR to return to the Look and Feel menu.
Font Size
To set the option for the font size to display in messages from within the Msg settings screen,

Highlight and select the size option (Small, Medium, or Large).
Press CLR to return to the Look and Feel menu.
Slide Duration
To set the amount of time that each slide displays in MMS messages from within the Msg settings screen,

Set the slide duration (between 1 and 60 seconds) and press MENU (Options Menu) to cancel the process, or press Softkey2 (Clipboard) to copy the slide
duration to the clipboard.
Press

(OK) to return to the Look and Feel menu.

If you disable the Emoticons feature, you
cannot create or receive messages which
contain emoticons.

Font size parameters are also set within the
Browser options when you press
MENU
(Options Menu), 1 , 7 , 5 , and 7 (this accesses
the browser "Font size" menu). When you
change the font size through the Look and Feel
menu, the same changes apply to the browser
"Font size" menu.
