—Using the dial keys, enter a value for the selected category. Press the
function key for
Set
to set the value, and select the next category in
the category list (and set focus to the Value field if it doesn't already
have it. The value will now display in the category list.
—(Example: This sets the value for the Primary Number.)
Step 2
Press the cursor key up and repeat steps 2 and 3 above for all additional
categories you wish to complete for this directory entry.
Step 3
When all category values are set, press the function key for OK to save
all values and add the new entry to your Personal Directory.
NOTE
You can set as few or as many as you want, but you can add the entry right after you
have filled in the Name field.
