Location Status
The OpenWorX Location Status application allows your colleagues to
locate you when you are away from the office, and allows you to locate
colleagues who are away from their offices. Location Status allows you
to set your status, return time, alternate phone numbers, etc. when you
are going to be away from your office. This information will then display
in the directory when someone references your name.
Using Status
To use Location Status, press the Exit key on the INASET R2 phone
( Figure 6-10 ) to access the next set of function key labels, then press
the Status function key.

NOTE
directory, highlight the entry on the Personal Directory window then press the function key for Delete.
The information will also display on you INASET R2 phone’s display (at the top) and
on other office phones when they attempt to call you.
