Edit an Entry Value
While viewing, you can edit an entry to add, change, or delete a value.
•
Add a Value
To add a new value, use the cursor key left/right to scroll through the
category list and select a category. Then press cursor key down and
enter the new value in the Value field. Press the function key for Set
to set this value.
• Change a Value
To change a value, use the cursor key left/right to scroll through the
category list and select a category. Press cursor key down, then
cursor key left to erase the value as needed, or right to wrap the
cursor around to the front and then position it. Enter a new value as
needed. Press the function key for Set to set this value.
• Delete a Value
To delete a value, use the cursor key left/right to scroll through the
category list and select a category. Press cursor key down, then press
the function key for Clear to delete the value.
When all category values are set, press the function key for OK to save
all changes for this entry to your Personal Directory.
