Viewing Entry Details
The Corporate Directory can contain additional information about an
entry including: Division, department, building address, email address,
and alternate numbers where the person this entry corresponds to may
be reached. These alternate numbers can include pager, cell phone,
voice mail, and other location extension numbers.
To view these details for a directory entry, use the cursor key on the
INASET R2 lower panel to highlight a directory entry on the Corporate
Directory window. Press the function key for
View
on the Corporate
Directory window. The directory View window displays (
).

Dialing an Alternate Number
The home phone, mobile phone, or wireless number of an entry can be
dialed directly from the
View
window. Use the cursor key to highlight
the number to dial, and press the function key for
Dial
. The selected
number will be dialed.
