Unable to run "Parameter file for Windows OS"



Is the file extension (.hta) correctly associated?



"Parameter file for Windows OS"

must be run using Microsoft HTML Application host (HTA).

Follow the steps below to associate the file extension with Microsoft HTML Application host.

Start

Is your installation Server Core of Windows Server 2012 R2?



An application error is registered in the event viewer, but this does not affect operations.

Has the configuration of the RAID controller changed?

Set the correct configuration by using RAID Configuration Utility (LSI Software RAID Configuration

Utility).



Is the RAID controller found by POST?



Turn on the power after making sure the RAID controller is connected correctly.



Is the hard disk drive installed correctly?



Install it correctly.



Is the hard disk drive cable (used for connection with hard disk drive) connected correctly?



Connect the cable correctly.



Is EXPRESSBUILDER DVD inserted?



Remove EXPRESSBUILDER DVD and retry.



Is BIOS setting correct?



Use BIOS Setup Utility to check if the boot device is correctly specified at

menu.



Is the OS broken?



Use recovery process to recover the OS.
