BIOS Settings for iSCSI Boot 

 

When performing iSCSI Boot, set [BIOS Redirection Port] to “Disabled” (this is the factory setting).   

Confirm the settings according to the following: 

 

1.  Turn on the power of this server and proceed with the POST process. Press <F2> to start SETUP after 

the following message appears on the POST screen.   

Press <F2> SETUP, …

(The message varies depending on the environment) 

 

2. Select [Advanced]

－

[Serial Port Configuration] and press <Enter>. 

3.  Confirm that the [BIOS Redirection Port] is set to “Disabled”.
