Windows was installed as Workgroup although you have specified the setting of joining the
domain at the installation
Is a LAN cable connected?

If a LAN cable is not connected, Windows is installed as Workgroup. Change the setting on
Windows property.

Adjust the computer name to 14 characters or less, and then install the Telnet Service according to
the following procedure:
(1) Click

Administrative Tools

confirm whether the Telnet Service is registered.
