1. Replacing Internal Modules

Scalable Modular Server DX2000 User’s Guide

Chapter 5 Replacing Modules

Press the ejector and install the module firmly.

Confirm that the server module is installed vertically on the base board.

Note

•

If the module is not level, remove it, and then install it again.

The following probably causes the server module not to be level:

– The server module is not inserted correctly in the slot.

– All screws are not completely tightened.

•

You cannot touch the heat sink because it is covered up by the slot cover.
